CORE EXPERIENCE

Experience in Project Planning, Implementation & Testing and Commissioning in Mechanical Project.

Experience and technical knowledge in centralized air conditioning systems, chillers with Reciprocating and screw type compressors, cooling tower, hot water generators, air handling units, pumps, pipes, air washers, blowers, Industrial and ventilation fans etc. in compliance with international codes and standards.

Detail Design of HVAC system, Cooling load and Ventilation, U value calculations, Fan ESP and Pump head calculations, Duct and piping network, Smoke management system.

Experience in the design of the HVAC (Central cooling plant, chilled water piping distribution, air duct distribution, variable air volume systems, ventilation, DX systems, VRF, etc.)

Deep knowledge in Plumbing, Fire-fighting, FM200 installation.

Design activities related to HVAC such as Cooling and Heating load & Ventilation, Psychometrics, Pressure drop and Head calculation, Fan and pump selection, Ducting & Piping sizing.

HVAC technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.

Experience in the HVAC software (IES, HAP, Trace and Elite), MEP Revit, Excel, Power Point and Word.

Knowledge of heat pump technology, HVAC concepts and systems, refrigeration systems, electro- mechanical, blowers, motors, sheet metal, and HVAC equipment.

Experience in process design, preparation of purchase specifications, technical evaluation of the bids, and participation in technical meetings with vendors and clients/consultants, vendor document review/approval and site technical support.

Familiar with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA Codes and Industry standards.

Sound ability to work on multiple job profile independently. WORK EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible in the preparation, submission and execution of the Testing and Commissioning Plan.

Execute and supervise dealings in accordance to commissioning guidelines and deadlines.

Ensure the planning strategies are achieved and project completion with available resources.

Management of all commissioning, supervisors and technical leads that belong to T&C team across the projects.

Ensure the management and updating of test & commissioning records and reports.

Provide input and insight to the overall commissioning plan to the Project Managers.

Responsible of all Method Statements and Risk Assessments

Ensure all commissioning and testing events are executed on schedule. Saicon Systems Private Limited - (Mar 2017 to Dec 2019) Project: Competition Commission of India (CCI)

Position: HVAC Project and Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Handling all post order processing activities like design review, Heating & cooling load calculation, copper pipe sizing for VRF system, pipe routing,, duct sizing and airflow routing, placing of machines review and correcting .

Preparing detailed engineering drawings with all necessary sections, Plant room details, ducting, piping etc.

Providing effective planning/scheduling functions on projects in accordance with clients/company policies, procedures, specifications and project baseline

Prepare HVAC drawings and submit to clients for approval & Study the drawing and feasibility of installation

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all HVAC related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.

Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.

Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs

Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site

Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required

Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards
