WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Currently Working as Customer Agent in AIRINDIA Chennai. 1. Duty Allocation and optimum utilization of manpower and equipment’s. 2. Keep availability of ULDs (containers/pallets), Container Dollies, Baggage Trolleys and Pallet Dollies for entire flights scheduled in each shifts. 3. Monitoring/investigation of flight delays/equipment failure/Aircraft accidents. 4. To coordinate various agencies like Catering/Traffic/Operations/Cargo/Load Control/Security. 5. Ensure completion of Make-up/Break-up/Cargo/Connection/Allocation/Shift delay report/Accident report, if any.

6. Assure On time performance of flights and corrective action on Flight Discrepancy Report. 7. Keep records of flight Handling activities, equipment serviceability, Daily inspection of equipment’s, employees leave records

8. Loaning Equipment’s for other Airlines or Handling Agencies. 9. Inform any accidents or any major break down to Airport Facilitation Agency and give Report on it.

10. Raising Ramp Assistant form for handling flights and loaning equipment’s 11. Ensure safety of Aircrafts, workers and equipment’s and airport facilitations at ramp. 12. Preparation of various monthly reports on GS equipments serviceability. 13. Tendering scheduling, initiations and providing scope of works. 14. Follow up action on outside party work and warranty repair 15. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the Equipment Maintenance Department, AIATSL Chennai.

16. Maintenance of Aircraft Service equipment like GPU, GCU, ASU, Motorised Toilet /Water Cart, aircraft tow tractor, forklift and hydraulic platforms to ensure high degree of serviceability, reliability and availability for flight handling. 17. Coordination with materials management department for sustaining the supply chain of imported spares and local spares for all ground service equipments. 18. Ensure compliance of SOP laid down for maintenance and serviceability of GS equipment to be deployed including VVIP/VIP flights along with the needs of outstation also. 2.Apprenticeship Training:

Completed One Year Graduate Apprenticeship Training under Govt. of India Act in Air India, GSD, and Chennai (03.08.2015 to 02.08.2016).

Worked as Technical Supervisor in AIRTEL (OCT2013 TO OCT 2014) at Chennai.

MDF, Pillar, Sub Pillar & DP Rehab activity with FR, OM & Data Team Coordination for uninterruptable service purpose.
