Production of Benzene sulfonic acid. (July 2019) The project deals with the introduction of Compound Benzene Sulfonic Acid in the study of physical, chemical and thermodynamic properties as well as the uses and applications of Benzene Sulfonic acid and also about the supply and demand of Benzene Sulfonic Acid in India and Globally. A plant has been designed for the manufacturing process which includes material balance, energy balance and the economics of the plant.

Poly aniline – Poly Vinyl alcohol – Tio2 – Zno Nanocomposite as a Super conductor

(February 2020- present)

In this project, Poly aniline-Poly Vinyl Alcohol-Tio2-Zno nanocomposite was synthesized and its superconductor properties were analyzed using electrical, mechanical and thermal tests

Internship Experience

Bharat Electronics limited (August 2019 to September 2019 ) Worked in the Naval System Department in B.E.L for an 28 days in the painting and coating section to provide a protective layer to the naval ship parts and providing coating to the parts based on the marine requirements.

Gem Paints private limited (July 2019 to August 2019 ) Worked in Quality Control Department to check the finished Paint Product before the manufacturing is approved we check the viscosity, color, dry time and overall appearance. From this we ensure it is sufficiently mixed and no further processing needed
