Design & Configuration of PLC, SCADA, DCS System.
Taking part in the final techno commercial Kick off meeting with customer before starting the Project.
Spec. design & procurement of bought out items for Panel Building.
Development of I/O List from P&ID provided by customer, Finalization of all Inputs, Control Philosophy before starting engineering activity.
Development of Logic Program as per customer application and process requirement.
Designing & development of PLC/DCS Panels in Auto CAD.
Development of PLC panel Control and Power wiring drawing in Auto CAD.
Design and Assembling of Hardware (I/O Module, CPU Controller) – System Architecture as per approved configuration.
Installation and Development of PLC, DCS, Hardware, software, panel design and Implementation of SCADA development/Graphics & control system using following Software,
ML200R, ML200, ML50,
HC-900 – C30, C50, C70R, C75R,
C300,
Experion HS R400, R410, R430, R500.1, R510.1.

Carrying out of internal testing of panel wiring and Hardware/software performance, I/O Testing will be done before FAT.
Conducting & coordinating with customer for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and also Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Validation and Approving Engineering Documents.
Pre- and Post-commissioning and Commissioning of DCS System.
Sound knowledge in Analyzing Piping& Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) Preparation of Design Concepts and Detailed Engineering for Implementation of various power projects, Development of SCADA from P & ID provided by customer.
Coordinating meeting and technical discussions with client and consultant on engineering activities to fulfill project requirements.
Review the progress and quality of project deliverables on a regular basis to ensure On-Time Delivery
Self-determined, work conscious and dedicate myself to complete the task in a Successful manner.
Knowledge in Calibration Field Instruments through HART Communicator. Honeywell System (PLC / DCS):
