PROJECT NAME: 2X 60 TON BOF CONVERTER & 5X2 STRAND BILLET CASTERS:-

To prepare proper document of project scheduling & Purchase Requisition for material and services in SAP for Testing and Commissioning of various equipments involved in project.

Study of Detailed Electrical Project Drawings / Planning for lying of Cable Trays, Power and Control Cables/ testing of cables and their terminations.

Identification of necessary equipment’s for project including preparation of project schedule, required for execution and completion of project.

PROJECT HANDLED

Involved in Erection, Testing and commissioning of MCC/PCC/PLC panels of pump house and their cabling and responsible for day to day maintenance works, which are controlled by AGE drives and S7-400 PLC’s

E&A Project In charge of Converter, Mixer, Under Ground Bunker De dusting includes Erection & commissioning of MCC, PLC Panels, HT motors of 900KW, HT Cable laying, LT motors, JB’S, LCB, pulse valves, and carried out all electrical activities.

Erection, Testing, Commissioning of 60 ton converter areas such as BMCS, FACS, TILT Drives(AGE), and aux areas in converter.

Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Ladle Regenerative Pre-Heater Control Panel of 11 nos. which consists of multiple Electrical and Instrument accessories which are controlled by Siemens S7-200 PLC in SMS.

Completed project on Slag Treatment Plant, Converter Lubrication System includes the instrumentation and constructional power of shop floor includes Erection, Maintenances of power trunk, PSB, PDB.

Complete rising of procurement and Service Purchase Requisitions of line-2 Project for SMS with all proper technical documentation of the equipment’s.

Preparing of BOQ and to procure material as per site condition and coordinate with supplier.

Also Assistance in various Field Instrument used in this areas which includes CO Gas Detector, Thermocouple, RTD, Electromagnetic and Electro pneumatic valves, Flow Transmitters, Control Valves, Motorized Valves, Solenoid Valves, Ultra Sonic Level Transmitter and Ultra-Violent Sensors.
