Co phase power traction system has high potential to be power supply for high- speed railway. The dc operation voltage of conventional power quality compensation device.

The hybrid power quality conditioner (HPQC), in which capacitive coupled LC structure is added, is thus implemented for lower operation voltage.

Designed a harmonic compensation is introduced.
