The following is the brief summary of my job responsibilities.

Pre-Turnaround Phase Responsibilities:
Initial Kick Off meeting with Client and Self introduction.
Verifying and understanding the contract and complete scope of work.
Being focal point to the client and attending the Pre-TA meetings
Job site evaluation and identification of special resources and equipment
Planning and management of resources in a cost effective manner.
Co-ordination of all site based activities and liaison between on-site personnel and departments.
Adhere to Project Specific Quality and Test Plans, Method Statements and Client Requirements.
Updating of project progress to planning department and immediate supervisor liaison between client Representatives and to address any on site conflicts.
Assist Project In-Manager at site all the time.
Preparing Project organization chart to Client &Coordination with subcontractors.
Preparing the work packages by scoping, verifying and assessing the job along with the Field supervisors.
Verification of blinds, gaskets and other inventory materials against the scope of each job package and Report for Discrepancy
Planning and arranging of resources according to scope of work.
Plan & prepare for next shift activity in current shift for easiness of work with priority wise.
Preparation of Schedules using Primavera Project Planner (P8.1,P6,P3)
Loading of the Schedule with Resources & Activity Codes / WBS.
Resource loading curves.
Generate the Schedule reports using P6 and organizing the Schedule / Layouts as per the Site and/or Client requirements.
Make sure all the required preperation like JSA, Rigging Plan, Required scaffolding Erection & Insulation removal is done.
Prepare execution work packages for (Supervisor / Foreman).
Turnaround Phase Responsibilities:
Closely coordinating with Client Operation and Maintenance personnel to make sure job execute as per schedule.
Daily progress meeting with clients & Supervisor’s
Submit daily look ahead to the concern supervisor’s to predict the delay.
Updating of P6 Schedules & preparation of Daily / Weekly Progress Reports.
Highlight the critical activities to the concern supervisor’s.
Mantain tracking sheet for all the activities.
Coordinating with other contractors during integral working at sites.
Review of Project procedures and updating as per the discussions with Field / Operations management.
Prepare daily progress report during execution or as required by client.
Performing the various Project Management functions for the assigned projects.
Managing the resources for unhindered flow of work during the shutdown/turnaround MAJOR ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
Worked with clients, vendors, contractors, personnel in other departments, to discuss and resolve issues.
Prioritize equipment activity according to the longest path and priority given by Client to predict any delay.
Responsibility to manage resources at site level to realize work within scope of work.
Manage and direct the execution of the work in a cost effective manner.
Monitor the day to day progress & report to the project leader or section head on any anticipated delay or problems.
Attending the Progress and Shift handover meetings to resolve the issue and concerns related to project.
Maintain Change order sheets.
Post Turnaround Phase Responsibilities:
Make sure all the client material and remaining gasketsare return to client.
Make sure all the work completed as per scope.
Demobilizing Manpower and Equipment from site.
Attending Post TA meeting to discuss the room of improvement for future projects.
Highlighting the concern and problem’s faced to precise in future.
Receive the Job completion & Site restoration form to proceed for invoicing.
Formulate Project Close-out Report.
