Controlling and maintaining Process Parameters

To document process Parameters data in Solvent Recovery Record (SSR)

Issuing permits to the maintenance activities of equipment

To monitor storage tank and solvent transaction

Trouble shooting and down time reduction

Responsible for the thorough cleaning of equipment during campaign change over

Updating the Recovery files and preparation of Daily report

Ensuring the safety of operating personnel & equipments

Maintaining good house keeping of the plant

Ensuring the preventive maintenance of equipments and giving clearance of equipments

Calibrating the process equipments

Ensuring the working area status conducive for operations (Safety & cGMP aspects)

Diploma in Chemical Engineering Sandwich course (2015) with 79% aggregate Institute of chemical technology at Tharamani, chennai-600113

HSC (March 2013) with 80% Government Higher Secondary School Guruvarajapet, Vellor district.

SSLC (March 2011) with 83% aggregate from Government Higher Secondary School Guruvarajapet Vellor district.
