Saving Stacks Java, CSS, JavaFX
• Over the course of 2 months, my team used an agile methodology and MVC architecture to develop a finance application to monitor and store users purchases with the use of CSV files and display that information to help them with spending habits. We incorporated Hash-tables, Array List and file I/O.
• Was responsible for all of the user’s cash transactions. Allowing them to create, edit, and delete transactions and save these changes into a csv file that would later be displayed to the user. Car Management Application Java, MySQL, JDBC
• Used object-oriented programming to create a variety of car objects
• Used data modeling to write a variety of SQL queries that would span across multiple tables to perform CRUD operations onto a MySQL database.
Employee Manager React, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL
• An employee directory that is able to add and edit employees within their specific departments.
• Setup a MySQL database along with the tables to hold employee’s information.
• Used both Hibernate sessions and query to connect Spring Boot to the relational database to perform CRUD operations with an API.
• Followed the Database Access Object Pattern to use an interface to allow secure access to the database. Separating the business logic from the data.
BFS Virus Python, Pandas
• Develop software that reads in CSV files filled with cities and their weighted highways between them outputting the correct distance of each city in least to greatest order.
• Then used the data to create a graph showing how the virus would spread from city to city. To-do Angular, Node, AWS API gateway, AWS lambda, Mongodb Atlas
• Serverless web application that performs CRUD operations on a non-relational database.
• Set up API gateway and CORS allowing to use lambda functions written in Node to interact with Atlas.
