Help customers on any account services, billing, and equipment credit. Work as a sales representative for a year, got promoted as a assistance manager, shifted to more responsibility for the store. (Frontline) Planned weekly goals for the entire month goals. Make sure the sales representatives are up to date to,make sure to inform customers with the right information. Make sure the store is well-presented for our customers to be in a safe, clean environment. (Back office) I would receive inventory, make sure the inventory is well stocked in the correct safes. I would make sure daily opening/ closing papers are filed and filled out completely. I make sure the back office is clean, no hazard for the employees.
