Responsibilities include, leading a 6 member QA team, working closely with Business user to understand the real-life scenarios, mapping the scenarios to the requirements, preparing and maintaining the requirement traceability matrix, working with Business Analysts to segregate In-scope and Out of Scope requirements, preparing the Test Plan, work estimations, test schedules, working with PMO for required approvals, working with the team to prepare test scenarios, authoring test cases, reviewing the test cases are written by the team, test execution, working with Business users, BA’s, and Vendors for triaging the defects, and working closely with vendors to close the issues. Worked as QA Lead for a team of 3 in Reporting Track, to ensure that all the existing reports are modified based on the current client needs while they are being migrated from AFS to ACBS System. Responsible for delivering the critical reports involving data from ACBS System and extract databases without compromising the quality of deliverables.
