● Responsible for Chicago construction projects and operations of one of the largest exclusive landscape design build firms in the nation.

●Conducted biannual performance appraisals for each crew member and foreman and determined appropriate salary increases, training needs and disciplinary actions (including terminations).

●Recruited, hired and managed subcontractors. Oversee up to 12 varied subcontracted trades at any given time.

●Managed compliance with CDOT and UCC construction codes, including securing all necessary permits. Secured all tree permits acting as resident ISA certified arborist.
