Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation and implementation of Project Executive Plan (PEP) & Monitoring to complete the project within the scheduled days.
Evaluate purchase order and Budgeting & Execution of project provides the maximum guideline to maximize the profit without hampering the quality of project.
Project Review meeting with JE & management on weekly basis
Vendor management - Electromechanical & Erection contractor.
Assist the proposal engineer in making techno commercial proposal.
Assist the Design engineer in making of drawings as per the site or proposal.
Techno commercial discussion with client and finalizing the project.
Proper handover of Projects to Clients after Erection & Commissioning.

Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation and implementation of Project Executive Plan (PEP).
Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with client).
Adequate the customer scope of works within the schedule.
Planning the civil engineers for the site marking & regular visit.
Collect the quotations from the erection contractors and finalize the contractor.
Plan to send the erection crew to the site based on the civil progress.
Monitoring & discussing with the site engineer to complete the project within the scheduled days.
Discuss with the site engineer about the material short supply, Missing items and coordinate with the concerned department for the material dispatch to the site.
Inform the electrical in charge in advance intimation for the electrical installation.
Follow up with the site engineer & customer to get the acceptance signature on commissioning certificate.
Handover the project to the service department.
Colleting all the data making as a report, present it to the HOD & VP for the improvement of the department progress.

Preparation and implementation of Project Executive Plan (PEP).
Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
