• Resolve resident relation issues.

• Review and audit property administrative, accounting, and maintenance (health & safety, code compliance).

• Preparation of annual operating budgets.

• Complete required quarterly lender reports.

• Conduct quarterly regional inspections/audits to ensure all properties properly maintain all processes and procedures

• Monitor and review property insurance c overages.

• Acting construction project manager (CapX, remodels, unit turn overs, utility overhauls, new homes for mobile home parks)
