• Designed a simple setup like jig for testing the incoming harness before testing process.

• By using this setup we can identify the problems like harness crimpoff, harness damage etc.

• Advantages such as improvement in FTT Percentage saved rework material cost and minimize manpower time.

• Received KAIZAN certificate for this project.
