This was a call center environment, due to COVID we transferred to working remotely from home. In which I have gained inbound and outbound call experience. My role at this job was to provide outstanding customer service to each customer I interacted with. I answered the phone and I did outbound calls to gain access to the customers opinions on our services and how we treated them. I recorded phone sale purchases with large lumber and construction companies. At the Home Depot, I directed the customers to where the items were that they needed as well as checking them out and processing returns and refunds. I also sold the most credit cards while working there, more than 170 within 3 months. Here I also got the title of Best Cashier and Service Rep of the quarter.

• I also was a customer service rep/advisor at Valvoline. Here, I informed customers about what their vehicle needed and what was recommended. I provided them with all the information they could want to know and needed to know. My job was to cash out and invoice customers for their oil change / service bill. I sold different products and services and also performed mechanical services on the vehicle such as: Airing the tires, filling the fluids, pouring in the oil, and even sometimes changing the oil filter.

• At Bugerfi, I ran the register and the front end of the restaurant. I took orders, accepted cash and delivered food to the customers. I stocked and shelved many products and made them available for the customers to use. I also took over the phone orders and online orders through door-dash and uber.
