This application used to store the Documents/Photos and provide semi-formal approval of VIN Etchings by qualified individuals to assure legibility quality prior to shipment of vehicles from plants to Foreign countries. This application automatically creating hierarchal (Plant\Date\Region\Shifts) folder structure on daily basis and relevant images/photos will be placed on particular folder by creating new request. User can initiate the review process then email notification send to region authority. The region authority will review photos sent by in-charge of plants. Authority has to either approve or reject with comments. The rejected items will be re-worked by Plant’s in-charge and authority can delegate his work to someone else. Responsibilities
