• Paulette Watt Custom Brokers Limited (March 2017- April 2020)- The roles while working at PWCB were to entered data on the government asycuda system, ensure all client goods are delivered to them on time, file documents, basic secretarial tasks.

• Conduent (April 2020-July 2020) - During my time at Conduent I was a collections agent for Capital One Bank. This position requires reviewing accounts for customers, collect past due amounts and give customer insights on their current account.

• Teleperformance (July 2020- September 2020) - I served as a troubleshooting agent at Teleperformance, which entails resolving any internet issues our Windstream customers were having. In resolving their issues I would dispatch a tech to their location or replace their modem.
