Responsible for Monitor components that deteriorate due to calendar period such as rubber items and consumables, those have very limited shelf life such as sealants and to ensure that they are issued to service on the basis of FIRST IN, FIRST OUT.
Responsible for removes the components whose storage life has expired from bonded store Maintain and preserve all records in respect of stores inspection as per current rules and regulation.
Responsible to ensure Electro-Static Discharge Devices/components are stored properly.
Responsible for updating the proper history of materials on bin cards or History card as well as in SOFTWARE (online inventory module).
Responsible for Prepare Monthly Consumption report to various places for customer & Accounts department.
Responsible for Process correct part number to purchase after confirming in IPC as well as to issue for maintenance.
Responsible for Maintain storage of items (Spares, Consumable; Dangerous goods) as per aviation regulatory (DGCA) requirement.
