Key way coupling has been changed to Spine coupling for Meet export standard. Detail manufacturing drawings are created and Pilot batch inspection and completion of product. Project Handled : Solar Pumping System for Submersible Pumpsets Description : For Solar Submersible Pumpset Modify the Mechanical Components in Motor & Pumps Based on the Requirement and increase the Product Life. Details in Manufacturing Drawings are created and Pilot Lot Batch Complete and Effectively Moved to Production.

Project Handled : 4 Inch & 6 Inch Fully SS Pump ( For Export Requirement) Description :. Cost Reduction Project has been done in Current Production Products, Without Affecting Quality of Product and Performance, This Project has been taking various trails and completed and moved to Production. Softwares Used : Solid works 2015, AutoCAD LT 2019 Project Handled : 4 Inch 6 Inch Fully SS Pump (Split Type) ( For Export Requirement) Description :. To Increase the High Head and High Discharge in Existing Product But Pump should not exceed the Total Height 5mts.So we Split the Pump into Two and to be coupled in Field. This Concept new in field and we got Pattern Rights for this project.
