Modeling and drafting for TWO WHEELER STARTER MOTORS: 1) Prepare Customer outline drawings and 3d model for fitment trails from the received RFQ

2) Customers handled :Domestic -Honda, Royal Enfield, Hero, Kawasaki, TVS Export - BRP, Polaris.

3) Design calculations (tolerance stackup, sealing calculations, bearing selections etc), Preliminary BOM and 2d drawings for costing

4) Research and review of existing technologies (benchmarking), for developing new products through cost effective ideas & improving the efficiency and performance of existing designs and products.

5) Prepare design standard documents, DFMEA and other documents for IATF audit.

6) Release drawing for mass production drawing release in PLM.

Modeling and drafting for HUB MOTORS:

1) Prepare Customer outline drawings and 3d model for fitment trails from the received RFQ (1.5Kw, 3Kw – Drum & Disc variants).

2) Customers handled : Domestic – Pure EV, Jitendra. 3) Design calculations (tolerance stackup, bearing selections etc), Preliminary BOM and 2d drawings for costing.
