Educating patients about self-management with deformities, limited range of motion, joint instability emphasizing safety, cost, simplicity, acceptability, adherence, and efficacy. Evaluating for gastroenterology disease/disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease and pancreatic disease. Assessing information about a patient's urine and bowel continent status. Diagnosing and treating endocrinology disease/disorders such as hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, and osteoporosis. Ordering and interpreting pertinent diagnostic tests. 2

Diagnosing actual and potential (risk) problems from nutritional assessment data. Reviewing dietary habits and preferences, identifying abnormal weight gain or loss, appetite changes associated with non-pharmacological and pharmacological or herbal remedies.
