Measurements the quantities as per approved shop drawings for under construction projects. 12. Prepare the Interim Payment and agreed with the consultant on the executed quantities. 13. Prepare& evaluate sub-contractor’s works and issue monthly payment certificates. 14. Identify any changes / potential variations in coordination with Technical department. 15. Prepare and evaluate Variations &Claims.

16- Control and monitor the quantities in contract BOQ against the actual quantities executed at the site.

17- Control and monitor the estimated cost during tender stage against the actual cost. 18- Prepare value engineering proposal [Cost Saving] in coordination with technical department if required .
