The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) is a not-for-profit professional association of business travel stakeholders throughout the world. The ACTE purpose is to advance the interests of the corporate business travel industry, to promote industry networking opportunities and to educate members on emerging issues.

I was responsible to handle Event Management, assisting the Education Program Managers to execute and plan ACTE’s Executive Forums in Brussels, Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, London, Milan, Basel, Paris and Copenhagen.

My activities comprehend the use of best practices to coordinate logistics, speakers, sponsors, budget, registrations and marketing activities; supported on-site management at ACTE Amsterdam Global Conference and at ATW Executive Training Program in Paris; provided consistently admin support to the EMEA team and membership queries; supported Global Marketing efforts, assisting ACTE HQ to create and implement an effective and integrated social media strategy on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube; created unique, engaging content, monitored social media platforms, built e-mail marketing campaigns and podcasts.

Effectively worked remotely with virtual teams located in Europe and the US.
