Operator 48,60&96 cavity mold and also doing maintenance of machine and utility like, compressor, chiller etc.

Good knowledge of Mould change & mould maintenance, change dosing motor, change removal motor, change gear box.

Scheduling production lines requirements as per job order

•Handling raw material, ensuring product mix, meeting production target.

•Uninterrupted delivery of finished products to buyer as per delivery schedule preventive.

•Maintenance of state of art injection molding machine.

•Supervising complete process of production to ensure that the damage control management is in place.

•Supervising entire workforce including skilled, unskilled labour during my shift.

• Personalized customer focus initiative for high profile customer.
