Worked as Technician in control panel production at Formo Plastic Controls Pvt Ltd, Madhanandhapuram, Chennai from the period of Feb 2019 to Mar 2020.

Worked as Electrical Technician in True Value Homes at Belicia towers,Pattinambakkam, Chennai from the period of Feb 2017 to June 2017.

Worked as Electrical Technician in Maintenance department at AGS Health Pvt.Ltd, Tidel park,Chennai from the period of May 2015 to Jan 2017. Responsibilities in Formoplastic Controls:

Assemble and install control panels adhere to all quality and safety codes.

Building and wiring control panels-Read and work from engineering drawings and schematics to determine assembly procedures.

Able to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics or drawings and assembling panels with PLCs, controllers, contactors, relays and other components into custom designed terminal boxes.

Will be responsible for the assembly of control panels, cabinets and sub-assemblies – involves wiring, crimping working with wire harness.

Responsibilities in Belicia towers:

Maintaining 2 Step down Transformers in the range of (2000 kva each) by checking its Oil & winding temperature,conservator tank oil level,exhauster vent,breather colour,breather cup oil level & transformer yard cleaning everyday.

Maintaining 3 diesel generators in the range of (2000 kva-2nos & 1010 kva-1no) -‘A check will done every day by checking radiator water level,water separator,oil level,air filter indicator, radiator fans, battery voltage & its terminals.

Operating & maintaining indoor and outdoor Vcbs breakers.

Mv Panel amps ratings are frequently checked inorder to maintain its power factor by manually operating capacitor banks.

PPM will be done every month as per the schedule for all Starter panels,Vfds,PDBs & LDBs in order to check wire tightness,over heat in Mcbs & to measure input,output voltage & current.

Eb readings are taken for all the floors and the amount of units consumed are calculated to analyse any unwanted power usage in the floor.

Responsibilities in Ags health:

Maintaining UPS (120Kva 1 no, 80Kva 2 nos, 20Kva 3 nos) and Batteries.

Maintaining AHU unit (50 TR-2, 33 TR-1, 15 TR-1) along with HRW.

Maintaining Facility inspection report (FIR) every week inorder to rectify the issue before It arrives and maintaining the reports for the same.

Maintaining work order every month for PDB & LDB to check wire tightness, over heat in Mcbs & to measure input,output voltage & current.

Maintaining the 52 week Ppm schedule for all the equipment and done the same on time.

Reports generations for UPS (Daily Power consumption) and maintaining the same report.

Ppm reports are documented as per schedule for all the equipments.

Vendor Co-ordination for issue trace-out & trouble shooting for AMC equipments.
