Clinical Experience

Educated on the proper diet according to their health status. Performed dietary assessments on patients to ensure their correct dietary needs, such as food allergies, food preference, and trouble swallowing. Assisted on trayline to assure that the correct food items were placed on the tray and delivered the cart to the residents. Updated dietary changes in the system and informed the dietitian of their dietary changes and request for nutrition counseling. Performed food audits to ensure correct temperature and food order matched the tray ticket.
