Started as the lead RDA for both the Orthodontist and Pediatric Dentist. I eventually was fortunate enough to be trained to be a treatment coordinator for both specialties. After a few years of working the both front and back office, my sole responsibility was to gain new patients to the office. I oversee both the internal and external marketing for the office. I search for new ways for new patients to find our office and I have fun activities always happening to keep our existing patients happy. I also help encourage positive reviews online for our office
