Worked in M/s. Cognizant Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, as Sr.
Executive ( August 2008- December 2017) in Corporate Services Administration.
Worked in M/s. Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd. Anjar, Gujarat, as a Sr.
Manager (Projects) from Nov 2005 to August 2008.
Worked in M/s. Gherzi Eastern Limited, Kolkata, (a sister concern of M/s. Bombay
Dyeing Ltd.) in Design & Execution of Projects from 2002 to 2005.
I started my career in M/s. Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Kolkata, and after that I worked in
various organizations like M/s. New Allenberry Works, Kolkata, M/s. International
Combustion Limited, Kolkata, M/s. Shristi Infrastructures Limited, Kolkata in
Technical Sales and Projects from 1983 to 2002.

Involved in the Project of INR 5000.Crores 800 TPH 5 metre wide Plate Mill as an overall
in charge of UTILITY Department. The job involves design validation made by the
engineering consultant, implementation, testing etc. Collaboration with other departments
like Civil, Electrical, Automation etc. to make them understand the requirement of Utility
Department and also to understand their requirement. Follow-up with the Procurement
Team and Vendor for the timely supply of the Raw Material. Follow up with the in-house
Accounts Team for timely payment to the Vendors.
JOBS HANDLED AT GHERZI
Involved in a Project of M/s. Frito Lay (C/o. Pepsico India), manufacturer of Potato Chips
and Kurkure, at Dhulagarh, Howrah, W.B. right from the day one. M/s. Gherzi was the
Prime Engineering Consultant in terms of Engineering and Project Management.
As a part of one of the Team Member I was involved in the Drawing Review, Inspection of
Raw Material, Site Management and Project Management of the Project.
JOBS HANDLED IN OTHER ORGANIZATION
Worked in M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Kolkata, as a Service Engineer for 2 years.
Commissioning & After Sales Service of Hydraulic Excavator and Hydraulic
Sismopactor.
Worked in M/s. New Allenberry Works, Kolkata, as a Senior Sales Engineer for a
period of 7 years and as a Contract Manager for 2 years. Involved in Technical
Marketing of Industrial type Gear Boxes of Worm & Helical type and Geared Motor.
Worked in M/s. International Combustion (I) Ltd., Kolkata, as a Senior Sales
Executive for a period of 4 years. Involved in Marketing of IC-Bauer Geared Motor
and Gear box. I was involved in from the laying of foundation stone of IC-Bauer
works at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Obtained approvals and acceptance of IC-Bauer
product from various Engineering Consultants.
Worked in M/s. Shristi Infrastructures Limited, Kolkata, as a Senior Project
Engineer for a period of 3 years. I was involved in a new project at Durgapur City
Center made by an organization named Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Ltd. (joint
venture of M/s. Durgapur Development Authority and M/s. Shristi Infrastructures
Ltd.). Also involved in the fly-over project at North Kolkata from Girish Park to Howrah
Bridge approach. Basic survey work was completed but the entire project not
executed as decision made by the Authority Kolkata Corporation.
