Staff unit, give RN/LPN and CNA assignments, work collaboratively with all staff and providers, make patient appointments and setup transport, ensure family is notified of any new orders/treatments, monitor/measure/track wounds weekly, review labs and ensure there was follow-up on abnormals, quarterly patient evaluations, staff performance evaluations. CPR certified, PICC line removal certified, wound vac certified.
