(International)-POMI’ and also by centre-line method and short wall-long wall method. o Quantity take-off for initial budget proposals for the cost of the project. o Preparation of Bill of Quantities.

o Taking the quantity from Auto CAD, PDF drawings. o Respond to post tender clarifications.

o Raising Request for Information (RFI's) if the dimension, location, etc. is not clearly mentioned in the drawing.

o Preparing the tender Document.

o Working on a number of projects at any one time. o Providing advice and guidance to colleagues in the Quantity take off and preparation of BOQ.

o Preparing Reinforcement schedule for estimating. o Team leading & coordinating up to completion of projects. o Checking the quality of quantification of team members. o Preparation of final checklist.
