1.PerkinElmer _Bolton Ontario :Currently since 2017 November

# Worked as a electrical module assembler

Soldered, de-soldered and component to and from PCAs and assembled as a module with supporting mechanical parts

Prepared mechanical structure with electrical wires as per WI and completely assembled the AC box. Performed the dielectric test/hi pot and ground continuity test for completion as a full AC box ready to installing in PerkinElmer Mass spectrometer.

Soldered and assembled PCAs and mechanical supports as a display which is ready for programmed and installing in PE instruments. Performed the programming for the display.

Wounded the choke and forms by means of semi mechanical winding machine. Prepared PCAs including Th and SMT components for coil boxes. Performed the soldering. Finally assembled as a coil box for the PE instruments.

Troubleshot in case of electrical and mechanical failures and write a NC request for isolation from production.
