Wellspace Health - Dental Sterilization Process Technician Sept 2020 - Current Employment - 3415 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95817 Collecting used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for sorting and decontaminates.

Manually clean instruments per manufacturer's off waste matter contaminants from all equipment. Inspect, operate, and maintain decontamination equipment. Prepare, examine, and maintain instrument cassettes for integrity of sterile packages. Monitor and operate sterilization equipment, while examining supplies meticulously to ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Run a daily spore test onto the autoclaves and report any issues or problems with the sterilization equipment.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance onto sterilization equipment. Prepare and deliver all necessary instruments for surgeries, examinations, and procedures. Maintain records of physical monitors, sterilization procedures, sterilized items, equipment maintenance, and supplies.
