• Forged strategic relationships with leaders, colleagues, and specialized personnel to reinforce organizational objectives and synergized operations for unit projects worth over $11 million dollars.

• Developed, implemented, and performed duties as the training supervisor, responsible for planning, executing, and tracking of all annual training requirements for over 40 section members

• Coordinated and collaborated with other joint service units to field and prepare personnel on the emerging advanced technologies; such as cloud computing, and cyber security relating to the Aviation Command Element.

• Lead in the removal and replacement of the composite tracking network antenna which was mounted on top of a 100-foot static tower. The Project involved 23 people, 3 independent contracting companies, and was budgeted at $900,000.

• Conducted weekly meetings and presented progress reports to senior management (officers in charge) on current program developments.

System Administrator Crew Chief – Okinawa Japan (2014-2017)

• Controlled physical and digital access to classified material and equipment resulting in 0 security breaches; conducted logistics analysis of requirements and coordinated with other sections to meet maintenance milestones.

• Created calibrations schedule and tracking sheet for 37 items and ensured all calibration items were maintained to highest state of readiness. Through this plan we were able to improve calibrations and lower delivery times by 30%.

• Developed, scheduled, and supervised the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment worth over $8 million; implemented preventative maintenance schedules and ensured the proper reporting, documentation, and disposition, were completed.

• Ensured communication to team members was timely and clear; and created a team environment that fostered partnership, innovation, and continuous process improvement.
