• Preparation of fabrication, erection schedule to meet the target within the planned time frame.

• Preparing material requirements, cutting plan as per fabrication plan.

• Performing UT test,DP test, Elcometer test.

• Site Co-ordination with client & consultant, preparing DPR for fabrication and erection.

• Preparation of monthly erection plan.

• Preparation of crane schedule for proper utilization of equipment.

• Manpower allotment, work allocation and target achievement.

Project: HNSS PHASE-II lift irrigation Project under I&CAD Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

Project Value: 933 Crore.

Role: 1400 mm diameter MS pipe line fit up, EOT crane erection, VT pump erection.

• Fabrication of MS pipeline, witnessing fit up, weld visual, activities as per the specification standards.

• VT Pumps erection, alignment, testing, & commissioning.

• To complete quality documents and quality plan as per the project specification for quality audit.

• Preparing of man power details for the field work in pipe fabrication, erection, structural work & equipment erection at various stages.
