Project – Travel Notifications

Technology: Pega Robotics Open Span (RPA Tool)

Project Overview: The automation process reads excel file in which Countries and Zone Code lists will be available. Once the process starts it will read one by one customer account no and get the travel details of customer. It will go to main frame application and based on the condition will add/update the customer travel details into main frame application and then come back to web application to send reply to the customer. The purpose of this automation is to reduce case processing time.

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible to Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Project – Vostro Interest/Adjustment Statement Generation

Technology: Pega Robotics Open Span (RPA Tool)

Project Overview: The automation process reads excel file in which to be process account Ids and IWT account lists will be available. Once the process starts it will pick one by one account id from excel. In the storeqm web link it will select penultimate date to search the interest statement. If the statement found, then search for “** TOTAL INTEREST If string found, then it will copy the details into word document. If string not found, then it will go to next page and so on. Once the word document generates save into shared path. Create password protected pdf file and sent to email ids found against account id. Follow the same procedure for adjustment statement. It will select last working date to search adjustment statement and search with string “** ADJUSTED TOTAL INTEREST

Project – Payments Investigation

Technology: Pega Robotics Open Span (RPA Tool)

Project Overview: The purpose of automation is to eliminate manual process. Earlier it was taking 20-25mins to process once case, after automating the process it is taking 5mins to process one case. Automation process reads email from Inbox\Openspan with lists of payments to be enquired upon like Local Reference No and Risk jurisdiction. Search for payment in application through local reference no. Search in another web application for customer details. Create case in pega using customer profile based on availability. If the customer details do not exist, then create the case with non-client profile. Finally, pega case will close based on risk and send email to Relationship Manager. This project is done for different regions like SG,VN,IN.

Project – Cheque Clearance Process

Technology: Pega Robotics Open Span (RPA Tool)

Project Overview: This is automated to make process more manageable faster efficient. By this process within few seconds’ cheque is getting clear whereas earlier it was taking approx.15-20mins to clear the cheque. Project is about reading input excel feed from the bank team, validate feed based on business rules and sanction screening for each record, then fund verification for cheque clearance and process cheque.

Project Overview: Worked at Client-Side Wells Fargo India Pvt Ltd. It is mainly used to get the business requirement for the customer. Need to communicate with service team to get the data from database.

It will display all the content controls of the MS word, user will write business rule based on the selected content control.
