JOB FUNCTIONS:

●Oversee all Human Resource activities by organizational strategic planning, implementing, recruitment, employee relations and staff evaluation,

●Generate Human Resource policies, programs, and practices.

●Coordinate organizational recruitment by preparing job description for advertisement, inviting selected candidates for an oral or written interview, selection, orientation, and training of employees.
