MINI PROJECT: Dual power generation using Solar cell and Windmill Generator Renewable energy has been on an increasing demand in the recent due to stress on non-renewable resources and their increasing cost. Thus, producing electricity with the use of renewable resources like Wind and Solar has been taken up in this project. Since both of them simultaneously can work in favorable natural conditions, both can charge the battery at a faster pace than they would had individually. Also, to achieve the necessity of load demand by combined renewable energy sources. The system gives useful output voltage of 4.45V and 10.60 V. MAJOR PROJECT: Optimal allocation of Distributed Generation to Reduce Power loss and Improve voltage profile in Distribution system

The challenging of power sector is to match the increasing demand for power supply with minimal transmission and distribution losses. So, the main objective of optimal allocation of distributed generation is to achieve proper operation of distribution networks with minimal system losses and improvement of voltage profile. A simple and efficient technique will be employed to solve the multi-objective problem and standard IEEE 33 and 69 bus test system are used to study the efficiency of the technique employed.

Attended two day’s workshop on “System Engineering Technology-SET2K18” at Bharat institute of engineering and technology Hyderabad. INDUSTRIAL VISIT:

Visited TSTRANSCO 220KV Gas Insulated Sub-Station (GIS) at Erragadda on 1 Oct 2018. Observed Working Structure of Sub-station.

Visited TSTRANSCO 400KV Sub-Station at Mamidipalli on 8 Aug 2017. Witnessed real working structure and gained knowledge.
