To ensure that right quality is produced in all operations (i.e.) cutting, sewing and packing.

To ensure the Outgoing Quality Level (OQL) is over 99%.

To co-ordinate with manager and merchandiser and to approve all Trims along with customer’s representative (if required) before issue to production.

To co-ordinate and ensure the required sample submits are done in time.

To ensure the compliance of QA work instructions in all the Quality related operations and related reports are maintained properly.
