As a Process Associate is to sort out the Customer Queries and the complaints such as Payment issues, Transaction issues, Payment hold process, Network issues for both Customer and the Merchants.

As a Customer Service Executive is to sort out the Customer Queries and the complaints such as Product Complaints, Demo call needs to be registered.

Complaints and Issues are followed by the Emails Received from the customer end and at the same time follow up will done with outbound calls.

Email Executives follows up cases and issues like Payment, Billing, Plan Change, Address Change, Network Issues, GST Updation Issues, etc for the International Roaming Process.

Based upon the Customer Complaints Service request Tickets will be raised on High, Medium and Low priority in order to resolve the issues within SLA.

Service Request Tickets Will be followed by shift basis and need to complete the issues on priority base within SLA.

Need to cross sell the product and needs to convert the customer to postpaid and payment banking.

Repeat mail Should be sorted on the Same cases like Network Issues and International Roaming issues where it needs to be sorted out on the high priority basis.

Each mails should be handled with the calls where we need to convince and make the customer to understand the exact reason for the issues they faces.

Each and every cases along with the Service request Tickets are consolidated and should in maintained in the Excel format and same to be submitted to the Team Head.

Average of 60 to 70 mails will be handled on the daily basis, where each mails has maximum of SLA is 4 Hours and 85 to 90% of the cases are followed up and Sorted. Professional Experience:
