Worked as a Project Assistant (Level 2) in CSIR - National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR- NAL) for the project titled Mi-17, which is an Indian military helicopter upgrade project

FEA modelling of the component with appropriate mesh size.

Modeling LRU mass as lumped mass at C.G., modelling rivets & bolts using CBUSH and RBE2 elements.

Linear static analysis for flight limit load & emergency crash load conditions based on MIL-STD-8591, MIL-STD-1290A & AR-56

Dynamic analysis based on MIL-STD-810F, which includes resonance, frequency response analysis & random response analysis with in-flight Power Spectral Density (PSD) measurements.

Project 2

Title: 12kg Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)

Responsibility:

CATIA designing of the geometry of the model.
