To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Steele Bolton, who is applying for your nursing position. In the capacity of his professor, clinical instructor and sim lab instructor, I found Steele to be a very hardworking, knowledgeable and dedicated student who is always eager to learn and participate in class.

I genuinely admire his nursing skills, abilities and knowledge of not only the pediatric population, but his interest in all patients with extensive cardiac histories. In particular, his way of handling his critical cardiac patients and their concerned family members is commendable, this was especially evident during his capstone/critical care rotation at Banner Heart Baywood. Besides being naturally compassionate and caring, he is highly dependable because of his ability to always be on time and finish all of his homework and clinical documentation completely and in a timely manner.

Steele’s dedication and commitment to the nursing profession, coupled with his compassionate patient care, make him a forerunner for your nursing position. I firmly believe that he will make lasting contributions to your department if recruited and hired.

If you require any additional details or have any concerns regarding his skills and qualifications, you may contact me via email.

Warmest Regards,

Brianne Best MSN, RN, CPN
