ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

< Ensure the healthyness and availability of all equipment.

< Operation & maintenance of all electrical equipment like HT /LT motor

power and distribution transformer and rectifier based transformer HT /LT

switchgear and other electrical drive

< Attending of breakdown maintenance to ensure the availability of

equipment.

< Individual handling of electrical shift operation and maintenance work

duties and maintaining records of generated values in PMCC for regular

fallow up.

< Maintenance of L.T & H.T panels and their protection circuits like

Breakers, Relays.

< Synchronizing the alternator with reference to grid and handling the

plant when came to home load conditions.

< Testing & Maintenance of transformers, battery charger & Battery Banks

< Operation, maintenance and testing of HT and LT switch gears of ACB, VCB.

< Preventive operation and maintenance of Substation with its all auxiliary

equipments, MCC panel through auto and manual selection.

< Experience in MCC & PCC control wirings, DOL, RDOL, and Star-Delta

starters control wirings and knowledge in cable laying system and

earthings system

< Installation and maintenance of DOL & STAR - DELTA starters.

< Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of single phase motor and

three phase motor including power circuit and control wiring.

< Implementation of the day to day and weekly progress schedules to

complete the work in time and to avoid delay in the work.

< Adhering to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional

areas and developed & implemented measures for enhancing safety levels
