Plein Air Cafe
I was a barista here for a good while. It’s a cafe located just off the University of Chicago quad. I built a good rapport with the owner, my coworkers, and the many regulars who frequent the shop – students, professors, locals. Maria’s

At this cafe, I really honed in on my Barista skills. The shop is located near the Depaul campus and there was an ecclectic group of regulars who frequented the place, whom I got to know very well.
