To ensure and availability of material as per the approved fabrication drawings.

Co-ordinate with design and purchase Engineers on any questions or difficulties encounter during the work, Shop Details and BOM to the group head before these ready for fabrication while checking.

After inspection of Structures release and proceeding to erection site.

Resolving the technical discrepancies arised on site in consultation with seniors.

Issuing Punch list on job and closing the same for final completion and handing over to client.

Inspect structure with reference to various tolerances and specifications and also ensure usage of appropriate material sections, fasteners and consumables being used.

Ensure that qualified welders, WPS & PQR are used to tasks and NDT requirements are fulfilled as per ITP.

Inspect Fabrication and Erection of Pipe Spools and Supports as per Isometrics & Weld Map.

Welder Qualification including WPS & PQR.

Ensure qualified welders and welding consumables as per Qualified WPS & PQR are using to perform welding.

Ensure correct size & schedule of pipes are using and rectification/Modification in done as per approved procedures.

To ensure NDT requirements are fulfilled as per approved ITP & client requirement.

Ensure Correct Purging, Cleaning of pipes are done as per specification.

Line Checking of Pipes to ensure Pipes, Fittings, Accessories and Supports are as per drawing and Specifications.

Discrepancies arising on site are solved in co-ordination with seniors.

Checking for Hydro testing of Lines and re-instatement after clearance.

Inspecting for cleaning of Spools after hydro testing and before erection in case of flanged Connections.
