TENDER MANAGER / QUANTITY SURVEYING
1.Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
2.Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
3.Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
4.Contribution in cost and price calculations
5.Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
6.. Responsible for billing for the site as well as oversee the contractor billing and reconciliation.
7.Preparation & Verification of contractors and PRWs (Pro-rate Workers) bills as per the contractors and PRW agreements for the payable quantities.
8.Optimize billing opportunities (negotiate for earlier payment, billing for stored materials)
9. Reconciliation of bills submitted and certified.
10.. Ensure proper record keeping, documentation for billing.
11.Formulation of work orders of contractors.
12.Timely reconciliation of materials with quantities.
13.Realization of extra items and variations v/s budget.
14.Cost Monitoring activities at site level.
15.Working out quantities for each item in the project.
