Duties & Responsibilities:

Estimation of material quantities such as cement,sand,Aggregates,etc.

Estimate labour costs

Coordinate QA/QC meetings, Site Inspection.

Quality Control of various building materials and construction techniques

Monitoring and witnessing of day to day cube tests and worksheet preparation-

Carrying out field Inspection with company

Preparation of QA/QC documents.

Identifying additional job scopes and documenting with job variation orders.

Inspection of the job done and prepare Punch list and follow up the punch list.

Making all kinds of progress reports using MS-Word & Excel for the work done & the remaining to be done.

Foundation for structures,equipments

Pipe Racks, Pipe Sleeper, Trenches.

Alignments of Anchor bolts, Insert plates, Curb angles, Ladder rungs with accurate Survey levels & Coordinates.

Transformer foundation works.

Foundation Revamping works.
