Q5 Arch Engineering Consultancies, Dubai (Feb 2019 Till Date) Joined the Company as a Replacement Project Manager taken up the task to revive the abandoned and a disputed project at Jebel Ali Free zone for G+7 Staff Accommodations 3 Buildings. Resolved the dis- putes by technical evaluation & through Contractual correspondences and aligned the project in Time
/Cost & Quality frame. Advised the technical matters & Quality improvement, directed the Contractor to expedite the work, Heading for the Completion & Handing over the project without additional cost in the Contract value.
Al Burj Engineering & Consultants, Dubai --- (Resident Engineer) (June 2017--- Jan 2019) Taken up the assignment by the company after joining as fourth Replacement RE, to monitor & control their two pres- tigious projects of Dubai Municipality at different location and complete the project with strict Quality & within the Contract duration .Project comprises DM Center at Al Aweer & DM Center at Muhaisnah, Completed and Successfully in line with DM requirements and handed over the projects on time. Hatta Sports Club Refurbishment & Extension work (June 2016 October 2016)
Supervision of Extension work of Hatta sports Club, a fast track project of 5 months schedule. Successfully completed the football pitch, turf track, Mast installations and stadium seatings, Control rooms for TV/ Camera and media rooms. In- volved in PLC inspections and approvals incompliance with FIFA standard, coordinated for the testing & commissioning of all MEP requirement.
Achievement: Completed the project in a period of 5 months with day /night schedule, able to obtain PLC approvals and successfully openings of the stadium with the hosting of the tournaments.
Care taker for Dubai Municipality’s other projects (June 2015 June 2016)
Dubai Special Sports Club, DM Center at Lusaily & DM Center at Al Quoz. Performed completion & contractual close out the project, also involved in audit of these projects.
