Coordinating communications between the sales department, project management and design department.

Family arrangement, creating appropriate types and systems of services matching the project specifications, grouping/modifying/or creating families (Parametric & Non-parametric), creating necessary views for construct of models, creation file sharing, etc.

Model MEP services in shared (central) or single file according to coordinate priorities in stand alone or network set up Checking shop drawings & composite drawings.

Designing firefighting extinguishers and preparing layout as per NFPA-10; designing firefighting wet riser and dry riser system as per NFPA-14 with HASS Calculation.

Designing pump room detail drawing as per material submittal and site condition, including section and its isometric view.

Evaluating fire department performance and the laws and regulations affecting fire prevention or fire safety.

Preparing Builders work Drawings, as built drawings, Bill of materials and coordinating with Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC drawings for the Fire Fighting system.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

Running hydraulic calculation for the sprinkler layout through using software by NFPA and civil defense to confirm the pressure and water flow requirement.

Achievements:

Reduced drawing time and standardized department procedures by producing AutoCAD lisp routines.

Designed & drafted for Commercial, Residential & Warehouse buildings with Fire Fighting services including Sprinkler, Pump, External Hydrant & also with Special systems like Foam system, FM 200, Medium velocity water spray & Pre- action system.

Reduced minute errors and reworks by having a clean and clear self-check the drawings before submittal to superiors and clients.
