• Co-ordinate with the Customs department for offloading, inspection and documentation/certification of all incoming cargo. Handle show cause notices of customs.

• Co-ordinate with airport authorities and custom officials to ensure necessary documentation and clearance in case of discrepancies.

• Systematic and effective functioning of the station in accordance with the SLA requirements.

• Quality Control and Process Management to maintain the SOP’s of Organizational requirements.
